Apple breakfast souffles

  • 4 eggs

    4 apples, peeled and cored

    4 dates, deseeded

    4 tbsp butter or nut butter

    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    pinch salt

  • Preheat oven tp 180c/350f.

    Whiz in mixer then pour into 4-6 ramekins.

    Bake 35min or until knife comes out clean.

    Serve with maple syrup and sausage or bacon!
