Easter creme-filled eggs

  • 12 dates, cut in half (deseeded)

    1/4 cup cashew butter

    1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

    1/8 tsp vanilla extract

    100g melted choc for dipping

  • Mix cashew butte, maple an vanilla. Fill each date 1/2 with a litle mix then roll into a ball using the dates to seal. Not all the mix stays inside!

    Freeze while melting chocolate then dip in cooled melted choc and freeze til serving :)
