Choc Raspberry Donuts

  • 1 cup gf flour (almond or cassava both taste great!)

    1/2 cup coconut sugar

    3 tbsp baking powder

    1 egg

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    100mL water (or broth or coco milk)

    1/2 tsp vpnilla extract

    4 tbsp mlted butter or coco oil or olive oil

    pinch sea salt

    1/4 cup melted choc and grate freeze dried raspberries for the toppng

  • Preheat oven to 175C/350F or donut maker if you have one

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl

    Dollop into rounds with a finger hole through the centre onto parchment l ned tray

    Cook 2.5-4min depending on how well cooked you like your donuts

    When cool, cover in melted choc and graed raspberry. Refrigerate for harder icing, or eat straight away forgooey!
