Avocado choc mousse
flesh of 2 ripe avocados (1cup)
1/4cup cacao powder
1/4cup melted choc chips
1/2tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1/4cup pure maple syrup
Melt the choc chips and whiz all ingredients in food processor. Eat immediately or chill 10min before serving for extra, well, chill!
