Cassava bread/pizza base

  • 1 cup arrowroot flour

    1 1/2 cup cassava flour

    2 eggs

    1/2 cup olive oil

    1 cup water

    Pinch salt

  • Butter, melted

    Garlic, crushed or finely sliced

  • Mix base ingredients and pour only parchment lined baking tray. Smooth to a large evenly flat circle. Bake 15 min at 200°.

    Melt butter with crushed garlic to cook it a bit and pour on base when ready
