Basque-style cheesecake

600g cream cheese
1 cup honey (or 1.5cups sugar)
5 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

preheat oven to 220c
line a 20cm springform cake tin with parchment paper
add softened cream cheese and honey or sugar until smooth and no lumps remain
add eggs until smooth
add cream, salt and vanilla
bake 45-55min (top blackens when it's getting near)
refrigerate to serve - though we couldn't wait and it was quite dlish warm still haha
