Ice cube

Big zip bag

Small zip bag

6 tablespoon rock salt

2 egg yolks

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsn maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch regular salt

Put ice in big zip bag. Add rock salt.

Add other ingredients to small zip abs close air tightly.

Place small zip bag into large zip bag seal and shake. For 20min +. Pass it around. Get everyone working for theirs!

If you’re like me and don’t like dairy (or it doesn’t like you!) freeze bananas (skins off) in a Tupperware and whiz with 1/2 tsp vanilla and voila. Pure joy!
