You’re not broken and you can always come back from anything

You’re always healing, and that’s ok. Some part of you is always bettering while others parts are renewing. You can be strong and completely weak at the same time; it’s ok to feel anger and gratitude at the same time. Healing is an unending process and that’s actually kinda cool!

You can come back from anything!

If you’ve run out of hope what to do with your body it’s because you don’t know your options. And if you don’t know the answer find someone who does. Just don’t give up, because there’s always a solution. Not being able to find it yourself isn’t failure, it’s just a minor delay until you find someone who does.

You body is a systems of systems, all interconnected both inside and out. With your environment. No, not the weather or the air but the culmination of every variable, every piece, every input of your life that influences your health, happiness and the size and composition of your body.

When someone says your body is broken and you can't heal, remember that you have:

-New stomach cells every 3-5 days

-New skin every 4 weeks

-New red blood cells every 3-4 months

-A new liver every 2 years

-A new body every 7 years

-A new skeletal system every decade

So you see, you’re not broken; you’re just mistaken. But nature isn’t - nature doesn’t make mistakes. And neither does your body. It simply responds to it’s environment.

How are you responding? Or are you reacting?
