That ONE thing you need

Movement literally can change you. It can change your mindset, your mental health, your physical health, your internal alchemy and your external appearance.

I think if I had to pick ‘the one thing’ we all want to know to get on with, it would be live a muscle centric life. When you prioritise skeletal muscle, as the organ it is, you gain a whole new sense of wellness. I don’t just mean lifting weights to gain muscle. It’s your movement, your food and your mindset, and each ‘feeds’ the other.

  1. My mission is to help people to connect to their current body, in all its glory and find a way to just begin, in a way that feels good!

  2. You’ll also be less hungry and more encouraged and you’ll not believe how easy it is to feel better. You learn almost immediately that strength is something you can build, inside and out. And simply anchoring your first and last meals with protein and eliminating all snacking can make more changes to your body composition that you ever thought possible

  3. By highlighting muscle as your target for better health, you can create positive momentum focused on what you have to gain instead of what you need to lose. You’ll soon realise the most inspiring part of your best life story is that your body wants to get stronger.

Muscle is truly the organ of longevity, the most important safeguard for health cos it’s the bodily system that will allow us to live our longest most capable fulfilling life. Movement literally can change you. It can change your mindset, your mental health, your physical health, your internal alchemy and your external appearance.

In the words of Perry Nickelston, just get stronger; it solves a lot of problems.
