Conditioning for chaos (part 1)

what are you doing to build a strong foundation to withstand any storm

Training. Corrective. Primal. Functional. Movement. Oh, and exercise! Why are we doing all this? What's that for? How much, when, where? Where to start? Where to finish? What’s the point again?

Keep asking! Cos that’s the point. How does anything you’re doing feel today? What kind of info is missing to get the results you’ve had before (or that you’d like to get to). It’s like we’re creating a bigger info pool to design a better strategy on how to cope with challenges we meet. And then when we’re applying those strategies we have this ‘flexibility’ cos we’ve rehearsed many times in ‘practice’ (training).

Keep asking need better questions! And maybe not always the logical kind, but found in how you feel today?
