You have to move energy to make it

Not having enough energy to exercise is the kind of thinking that will keep you there!

“I just don’t have the energy” is not just a common phrase but a near-everyday one at the moment in the lead up to Christmas and the holidays! How can we find energy within ourselves especially at this time of year when it seems we’ve even less than usual and times are busier than we can cope with?

In fact, from personal experience, no matter what chronic situation you’re in, you can move. You can even move some when bed ridden (been there done that!). Not only can you, you should! Our body has to move to drain and detox - there’s nothing more grouse than a stagnant pool of water right? You have to move to push out the waste.

Moving doesn’t have to start our super intense or a lot at once. You can, and should, move though and build it over time.

I have worked out when I was dog tired, in heat, rain, snow. I know now with certainty you can always move (though the mind that seeks comfort may tell us otherwise?!).

Get that blood, lymph, vibe moving! You have to move energy to make it.
