Advanced in the basics
It’s all too overwhelming to take it all on so I think the best you can have is to keep yourself - your strength, your mind, your immunity. Have a sense of what’s going on with you.
Part of the exhaustion we’re all feeling comes from thinking about a lot of things we didn’t used to think about. We need to get our own systems into place.
Pick your ‘pillars’ or bucket areas to own in your life. For me that’s moves, meals and mindset. Or food, movement, breath, sleep, mindset, nature, connection. I also really like sunshine, sleep, shivers, sustenance, strength, spirit cos of the alliteration! Pick yours then most basic in each. Do those small things savagely well, daily, checking in often. Easy!
Upgrading and hardening your routines for each will allow them to run to your subconscious (which determines 90% of all of our daily actions) so you can then focus all your attention on ownable and controllable actions.
I don’t think we can manage what air am I breathing or what’s in the food. Control what you can: how do you feel and what do you need? I think it’s helpful to keep your sanity too!
