Freeze an apple

First make the sauce as frozen apple defrosts quickly!

Mix equal parts butter/sugar over low heat, s=add sprinkle of cinnamon and pinch salt. Set aside

When you’re ready to serve, grate apple and pour a tbsp of sauce over each bowl (we can serve 3 little ones with one apple!)
