If you're a Fitbynature client you'll know we run two monthly fit tests cos 'if you're not assessing you're guessing'! These stay quite standardised especially in groups but for one on one are more personal (my favourite still is juggling while balancing on a skateboard deck on a foam roller for time).
But never to be one who doesn't practice what she preaches, my goal is to 'move my body every way, move my body everyday!. Why? To be able to keep doing exactly that!
But how can I take stock of my 'fitness' for something that diverse?
I love #graycook #fms 'self limiting' practices. Things like skipping where you either can or can't. No fudging, no almost, no progressions or levels. Just yes or no.
Some are two monthly, others like the dowel are yearly.
