Make your life a cleanse

When people think about health, it’s easy to get caught up in diet and exercise. But wellness is so much more than that. In fact, everything that plays a role in your physical, mental, and emotional health can be considered wellness.

I have found that the incorporation of small daily/weekly habits has been way more beneficial to my overall health than a one time detox or cleanse (and I have tried MANY!). Habits don't have to be expensive or take a long time to be impactful. Influencing energy at the subatomic level has a non-linear effect: a small stimulus can have a big impact. Snd then consistency is key.

Here are some of the impactful habits I have found:

  • See the sunrise: sets circadian rhythm, optimizes hormones, facilitates sleep timing

  • Walk in morning light: supports pain, inflammation, metabolism and the balanced production of dopamine and serotonin

  • Eat a protein-rich breakfast: supports leptin levels, blood sugar and appetite later in the day

  • Earth your feet: the Earth's surface contains infinite electrons that we can conduct into our body via our connective tissue and EZ water to bring negative charge into the cells

  • Breathe through the nose: oxygen is the final electron acceptor in the mitochondrial ETC. Without it we cannot make cellular water or enough ATP. Consider mouth taping at night

  • Spend time in nature: which gives our bodies negative ions, sonic nourishment and autonomic support

  • Express love, gratitude and kindness: thoughts and emotions are frequencies, just like all the other waves in the quantum field. Frequencies provide information for our bodies that either enhance coherence or generate chaos

  • Chew your food thoroughly: chewing not only breaks down food so it is easier to fully digest and absorb in the stomach/small intestine, it also supports stomach acid and digestive enzyme levels and even can lower immune activation in the small intestine (super helpful for those working on leaky gut)

  • Finish meals before sunset: the circadian rhythm of digestion slows significantly around sunset meaning nutrients should have been ingested and digested by then

  • Get to bed by 10pm: this is when a circadian symphony of repair hormones and processes sync up to tend to our tissues while we rest

Our seasonal Sugar Intervention disguises itself as a sugar cleanse but each iteration we recognise the role in your physical, mental, and emotional health that can be considered wellness: our most recent iteration was themed a Health Retreat at Home!
