That’s a lot to digest

I got a piece of advice when I was a first time mum and thought I’d share it. I was drowning in all the guides, sleep training, first foods  in an over consumption of knowledge. And then someone said to me, if what’s working for you is working, then you don’t need all the resources. We live in an over abundance of information and experts and if what you’re doing works you don’t need to listen to any of them. So don’t feel pressured to read every books, watch every instagram or TikTok or consume every article if what you’re doing is working for you. That way it keeps time suave and energy for you to work on what you need to work in.

We don’t need more content, we don’t need more information. We need to make decisions and take action. You don't have a lack of information, it's all around you, you've been soaking it up for years on this path. What might be happening is a
