  1. Cook cauliflower rice in coconut oil, about 5min.
  2. I assembled my rolls on parchment paper but bamboo rollers are traditionally used.
  3. Lay out a sheet of nori. Spoon cooked cauliflower rice over centre in a line. Add strips avocado, carrot and prawns and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
  4. Lay out sheet on nori. Spoon cooked cauliflower rice over centre in a line. Add strips cucumber and salmon and sprinkle with black sesame seeds
  5. Continue until all ingredients used
  6. Serve with wasabi and tamari dipping sauces
