Cook cauliflower rice in coconut oil, about 5min.
I assembled my rolls on parchment paper but bamboo rollers are traditionally used.
Lay out a sheet of nori. Spoon cooked cauliflower rice over centre in a line. Add strips avocado, carrot and prawns and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
