Pork
  1. First place layers of cabbage, apple, and onion in slow cooker. Add water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rub butter and salt and ground herbs and spices all over pork. Nestle pork with skin side up in vegetables.
  2. Cover and cook on low or warm for 8-10 hours in your slow cooker.
Pancakes
  1. Stir together the dry ingredients, then add in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Spoon about 2 TBSP of batter into the skillet, and swirl around gently to make into a flat pancake.
  3. After a minute or two, flip over and cook another minute or two. Continue with remaining pancakes.
Asian slaw
  1. Mix all ingredients.
Hoisin
  1. Cook all ingredients on stove top 3-5min until thick and darkens slightly
