  1. Preheat oven to 425f/220c
  2. Combine all ingredients and leave for 2min to thicken - the dough will remain more like batter
  3. Lay on parchment lined tray and make 4 small pizza bases - spreading the batter into an even circles
  4. Bake 20-22min
  5. Add toppings of your choice - I use tomato straight from the tin for the base and everything else is up to you!
