  1. Warm the oil then add the garlic and chicken and saute for 5 minutes until the chicken is white on the outside.
  2. Add the broccoli, tamari, and coconut sugar, and continue cooking for 5 minutes until the broccoli has softened a bit. Add the carrot and zucchini ribbons and cook for 5 more minutes.
  3. In a separate pan, fry eggs into mini omelet (I use a super small fry pan) and then flip, slicing into ribbons on a chopping board to serve on top along with handful cashews
