Fish
  1. Mix all ingredients except fish, press onto top of fish and bake (skin side down) 10-15min on 180 (depending on thickness of fish)
  2. Serve on bed of rocket with avocado and lemon wedges
Tartare
  1. Whiz all ingredients except sauerkraut, stirring in at the end.
  2. Serve over fish
