  1. Preheat oven to 350f/175c
  2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl; whiz greens and add in separate bowl wet ingredients. Combine all and mix well
  3. Pour into parchment lined loaf tin; bake 45-55min (when skewer comes out clean)
