Wonton wrappers
  1. Heat a skillet over low heat and add the 2 cups coconut oil.
  2. Stir together the dry ingredients, then add in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Spoon about 2 TBSP of batter into the skillet, and swirl around gently to make into a flat crepe.
  4. After a minute or two, flip over and cook another minute or two.
  5. Remove and finish remaining wraps/crepes.
Filling
  1. Mix all chopped ingredients in a bowl
  2. Fill each wonton with a small amount of filling, fold in each side to the center and gently press together into the shape of a wonton.
  3. Place into heated oil and fry for a few minutes on each side, then remove to paper towel to cool for a few minutes before eating.
  4. Serve with dipping sauce - all ingredients mixed in bowl.
