Maple macadamia butter
  1. Combine butter, macadamias, maple and salt in food processor.
Pancakes
  1. Combine eggs, carrots, raisins, coconut milk, arrowroot, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Sautee pancakes 1/4 cup at a time in well greased pan. I put made pancakes in the over on low so they're all warm at once.
  3. Add a dollop of your maple nut butter to each pancake. Bacon, which goes with everything is delicious with these too
