  1. I sliced up a butternut squash and roasted bread-thick slices covered in coconut oil for 30min on 350f/180c the night before. Put them back in the oven to warm while you make the others – about 15min - caramelized onions – slice thin and sautee in butter - scrambled eggs – whisk ingredients in bowl then scramble in melted butter in pan - arrange and devour
