  1. Preheat your oven to 425f/220c.
  2. Combine dry ingredients (coconut flour, seasonings, baking soda and powder) then add wet ingredients (eggs and coconut milk). Mix all ingredients together and let sit for around 2 minutes to let thicken. The 'dough' will be more like a batter.
  3. Smooth out batter evenly on parchment topped pizza tray or stone
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
  5. I smear tomato straight from the tin on the base, add cooked gluten free pork sausage, mushrooms, crispy bacon and put back in the oven to warm through - top with a fried egg and torn basil leaves.
