  1. Preheat oven to 350f/175c
  2. Mix all ingredients except blueberry jam into a dough - you might need to add more butter to help it hold together
  3. Roll into balls, place on parchment lined tray. Flatten first with a fork then gently with a thumb to place 1/2 tsp into each cookie
  4. Bake 10-15min until browning slightly - they'll harden out of the oven
