  1. Whiz brazil nuts to fine and set aside
  2. Whiz dates, blueberries and syrup to paste. Add beets and brazil nuts and combine.
  3. Next add coconut, cacao, vanilla and flax. Pour into parchment lined pan and refrigerate about an hour until firm
Icing option 1
  1. Whiz all ingredients and spread over top of brownie. Can be eaten straight away, or refrigerate for firmer icing. Avocado will sour after 2 days.
Icing option 2
  1. Melt ingredients together over low heat and pour over top of brownies - refrigerate to set
