  1. Mix all ingredients except butter.
  2. Melt butter in fry pan then start with a tester - my first one never works!
  3. I also put two in the pan then put the lid on so that they can cook through
  4. And finally, put then on a plate in the oven (on low) to keep them warm while you're cooking the others.
  5. Serve with bacon, more butter and a tiny bit of maple syrup
  6. This recipe is also great using leftover roast veggies of any kind!
