Mix all ingredients except butter.
Melt butter in fry pan then start with a tester - my first one never works!
I also put two in the pan then put the lid on so that they can cook through
And finally, put then on a plate in the oven (on low) to keep them warm while you're cooking the others.
Serve with bacon, more butter and a tiny bit of maple syrup
This recipe is also great using leftover roast veggies of any kind!
