Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a jar and with enough water to cover. Leave an inch at the top of the jar as the contents may expand.
- Culture for 3 to 10 days at room temperature. Refrigerate and drink.
- When all the kvass liquid is consumed, fill up the jar with more water and leave out again for two days.
- Great to add to sauces and dressings too
