Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a jar and with enough water to cover. Leave an inch at the top of the jar as the contents may expand.
  2. Culture for 3 to 10 days at room temperature. Refrigerate and drink.
  3. When all the kvass liquid is consumed, fill up the jar with more water and leave out again for two days.
  4. Great to add to sauces and dressings too
