  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C and line a 8×8in (20x20cm) baking dish.
  2. Mix together all ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour mixture into baking dish and spread out evenly
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes (the top will seem a bit soft but will harden when cooled).
