4 ingredient nut-sugar-grain-dairy-but-not-taste free cookies
Preheat your oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line a tray with baking paper.
Process all ingredients until it forms crumbs that stick together when pressed. Depending on the weather you might need extra coconut oil to bind them.
Roll into balls and then flatten with a fork on your lined tray.
Bake for ten minutes, turning the tray half way through the cooking time.
These crisp up as they cool, if you can wait.
