Fitbynature isn’t just the name of a company – it’s what I believe we all are. Our bodies want to be fit and healthy and to thrive, but we either don’t listen to them or have forgotten how. We live in such a fast paced world that our health has taken a back seat. We’re living in survival mode, waiting till we’re really unwell and visiting a doctor for a much-needed fix.
I believe it is our right to be happy, healthy and able to move our bodies all the ways they were designed to move.
I have been an exercise and nutrition coach for the past 15 years and in that time I have amassed a huge amount of knowledge. But my biggest learning has been in the past three years healing myself after brain surgery to be fitter and certainly healthier than ever. I am passionate about sharing what I have learned, how I take care of my health and how I live each day. It’s my mission to help others do the same.
We are what we eat, but also how we move, think and grow. I’m proudly Fitbynature; I love being an example of health and happiness, determined not just to survive, but thrive.
